This Privacy Policy describes how Chartura handles information in connection with its Power BI custom visuals available on Microsoft Marketplace. Chartura is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy applies to all Chartura custom visuals.
Chartura custom visuals do not collect any personal information or user data of any kind. No data entered into or displayed by a Chartura visual is captured, recorded, or retained by Chartura.
All data processing performed by Chartura custom visuals occurs entirely within your local Power BI environment — whether Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, or Power BI Embedded. Data is used solely to render the visual on screen and is not processed outside of the Power BI instance in which the visual is running.
Chartura custom visuals do not transmit, transfer, or share your data with Chartura or any third party. No network requests are made by the visual, and no data leaves your Power BI environment.
Chartura reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted to this page. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect when the policy was last revised. Continued use of a Chartura custom visual after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
